I started getting setup with GoCardless so we could take monthly donations but the process stalled when they asked us a question via email.
If you search help@gocardless.com you should find it. Could someone else take this task on? I can send login to the GoCardless account via Signal and the email should be changed to finance@cooperationbirmingham.org.uk
