Proposal to partially fund a mini bus to the Punch Up interclub

Hey everyone.

As mentioned in the meeting, some of us are competing/attending an interclub in a couple of weeks (7-9 members probably).

We will hire a minibus to go there and back as previously. Was wonderingif Coop Brum could partially fund this.

I think the simplest way, if the network agress, is for one person to book/pay for it. Then members with means can pay their share to this person, and that person can then claim the remainder as a coop brum expense.

Last time it was about 110, so the figure Coop Brum pays is likely to be a fair bit lower than this.

Amending to add a £50 limit as suggested

Up for this. I believe we may even cover the whole hire free from people going but I estimate it might be only be a 30-50 GBP contribution from Co-op Brum.

Current OC balance at time of writing: £729.82 GBP

Can we set an upper limit of 50 for this proposal?

Dont have a problem with that - think it’s likely to be that or less/members with funds cover it all. Just wanted a small backstop

Great. I will vote yes if we can amend the proposal to include that limit.
