Bidston has confirmed that they can host us for our away weekend on April 10–12. To secure the booking, they need a 50% holding deposit for 10 people, which comes to £300.
The Working Group has proposed a tiered, pay-what-you-can ticket system to cover accommodation, travel and food. The suggested tiers range from £120 to ? (with ticket cost at roughly £100) - again, we do not want this to be a limiting factor for anyone.
If ticket contributions exceed the total event costs, any surplus will be returned to Co-op Brum. If ticket contributions do not cover the total event costs, we may need to request additional funding or look for alternative funding sources.

Thank you for your email. I have pencilled you in for April 10th-12th. I will ask Ange to issue the deposit invoice for:
Cooperation Birmingham, April 10th-12th 10x people for 2x nights @ £30.00 per person per night = £600.00
Deposit due @ 50% = £300.00
I’m happy to keep the spaces for an extra 5x stayers in the cal until we get another enquiry for those dates and then I will get back to you for confirmed numbers
