This is my draft process for setting up delivery routes.
I would recommend that people doing the last phone shift find some time beforehand or in a quiet moment doing a dry run of the delivery routing, because it’s actually quite difficult and stressful doing it under pressure if you are making it up as you go along
Leo has put me onto a vastly better routing solution which saves so much effort. Currently we are on a free trial but they are doing free 1 month licenses for coronavirus aid groups.
