There have been discussions around how a Coop Brum owned Minibus would be a great asset to have in common ownership. Creating a thread here so all members can have input/get updates.
These discussions are quite embryonic, but a few questions occur to me.
How do we fund the initial purchase? I’m sure there must be grants/funding we can get, we had a successful application for funding for punch up, perhaps theres a template there.
What are the ongoing/running costs? How will they be covered?
Is use of the minibus a benefit of membership or will there still be a fee?
How can we use the asset to bring money into Coop Brum?
