Hi all,
as mentioned in the meeting yesteday I am in the process of doing a part time course in co-operative development and my ‘homework’ is to do a scoping meeting with a co-op to work on a community business devleopment plan. Co-op cycle is obviously in an ideal position for this and hopefully it will be mutually beneficial. I will be using a spreadsheet tool which has a lot of things for us to work through which will likely generate a bunch of aciton points with regards to the business. I think it will take about an hour or two to have a good attempt at it and I need to do this before next Tuesday. I’m available Friday morning if anyone else is, or alternatively Saturday at 5pm.
Ps might be nice to meet in a park to do it…
